Bizcochuelos of Vanilla

300 gr. Eggs
150 gr. Sugar
200 gr. Flour Common
2 teaspoons vanilla extract Gaya
1 vanilla bean Gaya (scraping)
Butter
Brush

Preparation:

Beat eggs with sugar, add the extract or vanilla bean Gaya, get beat up white point, then add the sieved flour, mixing in surround, the mold in lard, cooking 30 minutes in oven to 180C.
